Mike was raised on a farm in Iowa with pigs and chickens and dairy cows.  He loves being outdoors and caring for the animals.  (He doesn't mind making deliveries.)  We began raising grass-fed beef in 1993 and moved to Washington County (near Brenham) in 1994. Since we are centrally located, we can deliver to people in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio triangle area.
